Everyone takes a turn as Pilot Flying (the person at the controls) and as Pilot Monitoring (the person who monitors and assists), guided by an experienced professional pilot. The session belongs to your group alone.

Give a session as a gift
The voucher is sent as a PDF by email once payment has been received and is valid for 3 years (until 31 December of the third year after purchase). The recipient chooses the date later. Payment by bank transfer (invoice).

Good to know
Do I need any flying experience?
No. Your instructor explains everything in the briefing. Many guests sit in a cockpit for the very first time – and land an Airbus themselves at the end.
Where is the simulator?
Our main simulator location is Frankfurt am Main, where most sessions take place. You will receive the exact address with your date confirmation. Our company is based in Gomaringen, Germany.
How many people can join – and will we fly with strangers?
Each session is exclusively yours: 1 to 5 people who know each other. You can also book a session on your own. We never put groups of strangers together. Everyone gets to fly – in the Long Haul package with four people, each person flies one hour as Pilot Flying and one hour as Pilot Monitoring (48 minutes each with five people).
Is there a minimum age?
Yes. Participants must be at least 16 years old. Younger people cannot take part, not even when accompanied by an adult – there are no exceptions.
Which aircraft can I fly?
Airbus A320 (included in the package price), Airbus A321XLR or Airbus A330 (surcharge per simulator hour, see the price table for the total per session). Other types such as Airbus A350, Airbus A380, Boeing 747-400 or Boeing 747-8 are available on request only, without any guarantee.
Can I take photos or videos?
No. For safety reasons, photography, filming and audio recordings are not permitted in the simulator centre or in the simulator. Exceptions are only possible with prior permission.
Do I get a souvenir certificate?
On request, every participant receives a commemorative certificate. It only confirms participation in a fun flight in a Level-D Full Flight Simulator. It does not certify any flying skills or knowledge, is not a training record, cannot be credited towards any licence or rating and does not entitle you to anything.
How do I pay?
Sessions are paid by invoice, due within 7 days of receipt and in any case before your simulator session. Gift vouchers are paid by bank transfer (invoice) – we send the voucher as a PDF by email once payment has been received. All prices are final prices including VAT.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free of charge up to 70 days before the confirmed date; 50% of the price between 69 and 40 days before; 100% from 39 days before or if you do not show up. Participants can be swapped at any time free of charge. Our terms and conditions (in German) apply.
